About

Sized on purpose.

Big enough to run the technology. Small enough that the person answering the phone knows which case you’re calling about.

The gap we sit in

Two kinds of agency, and neither one was working.

On one end there are the national roll‑ups: real infrastructure, real portals, and a service model that routes you to whoever is available in a queue. On the other, small local shops with genuine relationships and a filing cabinet where the repository should be.

Firms have been made to pick a side for years. Choose the conglomerate and you get reliable delivery from people who don’t know your matter. Choose local and you get someone who does, plus a PDF emailed from a personal account.

We built the third option deliberately: the capture, storage, and delivery standards of the large firms, operated by a Nebraska team small enough to be accountable by name. That isn’t a stage we’re passing through on the way to being acquired. It’s the product.

How that’s actually built

Structural choices, not promises.

Service quality is an outcome of how a company is staffed and paid. Here’s what we chose.

Reporters are salaried

Our reporters are employees with benefits, not contractors bidding against each other for coverage. That’s why the same reporter can carry a matter from the first deposition through trial, and why turnaround commitments hold in a busy month.

Every firm gets a named account manager

Not a support inbox. A specific person in Nebraska who knows your matters, your standing preferences, and which paralegal actually needs the confirmation. They own the outcome after the sale, which is the part most agencies leave to a ticket system.

The record is treated as evidence, not a file

Redundant capture on every job, a documented chain of custody from the room to the repository, encryption in transit and at rest, and retention for the life of the matter. Integrity in the data sense and the human sense are the same commitment.

Technology is bought, not bragged about

Wireless audio kits, real‑time systems, sync and clipping tools, and a portal built for the person who books the job. None of it is a differentiator we’ll charge you a premium for. It’s the floor.
